Dear faculty, students and staff:

The Central Epidemic Command Center could potentially raise the epidemic alert to Level Three recently. The university thus implement the following epidemic prevention measures as follows:

I.Taking effective immediately:
1.Courses with an enrollment of more than 100 students are required to conduct remotely. Courses with an enrollment of 30~100 can go online at instructors' discretion. If online lectures are not possible due to the nature of the course, e.g., laboratories, hands-on classes, and physical education class, the classrooms and/or the teaching methods should be adjusted accordingly, such as dividing classes into different sessions, ensuring ventilation of the classrooms, or observing social distancing (at least 1.5 m spacing).
2.It is enforced that all faculty, staff and students use the on-campus cafeteria by take-out. Food delivery can still enter the campus, but the meal must be received outside the building without physical contact.
3.Gatherings of more than 100 people indoors are suspended. All department commencements need to be planned and organized having less than 100 attendee.
